THE WAIKOUAITI TEOHNIUAL POINT. PRESS ASSOCIATION Wellington, last night. Mr Justice Cooper reserved decision in tho Waikouaiti licensing case, where a writ of mandamus is applied for to compel tbe Licensing Committee to grant a liceoso to tbo Wainakarua Hotel, whioh they bad previously refused, The main point is whether tho committee could act on their otvn knowledge when there was no other evidenoo, whiia there was ovidenoe before them to tho ooutrary effect.
