Tbo Commiesion will oonßist of Colonel Meekly, farm rJy VicePresident of tho New South Wales Executive Council; Mr La-ry Oakden, formerly Principal Under-secretary for leensland; and Mr Herbert, Government Resident in the Northern Territory.
