The new German armored cruisers have been increased to 15,000 tons displacement, and will carry eight 11 inoh guns Every shipyard is working at high pressure. The Daily Mail believes that the British cruisers of Jhe Invincible type will reoeive four 12-inch guns and eight or ten 9 5 inch.
