After hearing extraordinary evidence regarding the marital relations of the Marquis of Townshend and the brokerage commission paid to the introducer of the Marquis to Dr. Sutherv, the jury found that Townshend was capable of taking care of hime'.f, being neither dangerous to himself or others, but of unsound mind so far as managing bis affairs were concerned. Mr Justice Buckuell commented strongly on tho part taken in tbe extraordinary painful case by Dr. Sutherv, whose oonduot reflected very little ortdil upon him or his profession..
