Heavy rain 3 oaused the Colorado to overflow, and devastate Southern Texas.
Several towns are ieolated. The relief trains aro cut off, and telegraph wires down.
Twenty-five people are known to havo been drowned, and there are hundreds homeless.
The death roll is growing hourly,
