At the Supremo Court to day Ernest Mielsch, a wharf laborer, charged with having on June 23:a attempted to murder his wife with an axe, was found guilty of having intended [q do grievous bodily harm, and having done grievous bodily barm, and was rpmanded fqr sentencp until the following day.
