Ten Polish revolutionaries held up a traiD with a, saloon oarriage conveying General Zuknto, Chief of tbe Frontier Guards ; General Weßtouring, Chief of tbe Warsaw Customs, and Bix other officials. Tbe Guards and ooeupante of tbe saloon wero shot dead, inoludiog the Generals. The revolutionaries esoaped with 15,000 roubles, after wounding several other passengers. Tho Novoe Vremya states that oomplete plans for an insurrection, enumerating tbe participating organisations, have been found in tbe n wspaper Mysl’s building.
