Tbo litigation having terminated in favor of the factory owners, the building was reerected, and it was intended to start operat'ons next month. A man who resided in the building was not injured, while the engineer’s residence alongside was not damaged. It is believed gelignite was the explosive used, ftom tho windows was blowb some chains from tho faojory. Bailey, engineer in chargr, who lives next the faotory, ststeß ho was awakened at 2 30 a m. on Sunday by twoloud reports in quick suoocssion. He immsdiately dressed end went towards th 9 fao'ory, but just b fore starting anitber terrific explosion took plaoe. The door of tho boiler home, which bad not boon locked the previous day, was wide open. The damage is Dot very extensive. The boiler is completely wrecked, bat the engine is only slightly damaged, and the openiog of tho factory next month will noli be interfered with. No trace of any fuse was found,
