A FATALITY.
KILLED ON RAILWAY LINE,
I'RKSS ASSOCIATION. DuncdiD, last night. Tbe body of tho man killed on the Roslyn tramway lino, by being paitly run over while ho was lying on tho lino, was identified as Cavort Sands, a olotb finisher, singlo, about 37, of somowhat intemperote habits. At the inquest the jury returned a verdiot of accidentally killed, and that no blame was attachable to anyone. Dooeased bad travelled in the earlier ear, and was under tho influeeoe of l'quor, but he was q riet and apparently in obargo of anorher man. Afior leaving tho oar ho must have followed tbe line down a storp drscont into Ksikorai Valley, and either fell or laid down oi the lino.
