Full details of the Epsom summer meeting, at whioh Spearmint, a descendant of the Auckland-bred Carbine, won marked aietiootion by wioniDg the Derby in record time, are now to hand. Derby Day (May 30tb) broke beautifully fine, and tbe scene at Epsom was up to tbo highest traditions.
