It is understood the recommendations limit moisture to 16 per cent, insist on registration and inspection of factories, and pro* hibit the addition of veg-table fat. They do not interfere jyith milk-blended butter, but suggest that it should be Bold under a special name, and suggest that the importation of adulterated butter should be proportionate to the magnitude of the consignment.
