Bydney, July 11. The Premier molved that tho House proceed to deal with tbe Lands Commission finding of mi-oonduot against Crick. Tbe Ist'er took bis Bland on May. which stabs that whore criminal or civil proceed ingswere pand'ng tbe matter shou'd not be dealt witu by the House, either by mot'on or otherwise. Tho said tbero was no precedent to guide the Speaker. There I was no case of a oriminal trial pendmg when the House dealt with the report. There bad been oases where members had been expelled by vote of Parliament, and subsequently tried by direction of Parliament for a oriminal offenoe. He ad mifed that such an BCtion must have oreated great prejudioe egainst the person lon trial. The present matter was one peculiarly for the Speaker to decide. The Speaker ruled the motion out of order,
