FATAL QUARREL OVER 4 GIRL,

Now Plymouth. Isgt night. At the Eltbam S.M, Court to-day Carl Schioker was committed to the Supreme Court, New Plymouth, on a charge of murder of John Rollin at Kaponga on 30th June. The parties were Swiss milkers, It is alleged that during a quarrel over a girl accused struck Rollin on tbo head with an axe handle, tho blow proving fatal.
