WOMAN FATALLY BURNED,
(Par Preaa Aiiociatloi.) Ohristohurob, last night. A married woman named Jane Cross was found dead at her reßidpptjp, Sydenham, about 3 o’oiook yesterday afternoon. Her husband,-who is employed at the Islington Freezing Works, left his wife at home in good health on Monday last, when he went to his work, but on returning yesterday afternoon he found her lying in the sdujlery) dead, wi)b a large portion of her ololh<§ burnt and hpr ' Lips and legs considerably oharred, Mrs Cross, though not seen at her hoaee yeßtetfl»y, was heard moving about at 7 o’oiook last evening, and the accident must have hap. pened sine J«hen. Later.—An icqnest opened at the morgue this afternoon, touching the death of Jane Cross, whose body had been found in her house at Bydenham on the previous afternoon very badly bnrned.
