(Per Press Asoociation.) Christohuroh, last night. The Christchurch Liceosiog Bench have refused all epplioaiions for 11 o’oloek closing. The Victuallers Aseeolation's counsel made a strong appeal, pointing out that during the ourrency of the Exhibition the town wou’d be full of visitors from a distance, who wou'd be spend ng all the evening at tho Exhibition, and waDt a stimulant before going home.
