(Per Press Association.) Wairo3, yesterday.

This morning the Rev. Mr CurraD, Maori missionary, in leaving Frasertown for Kokako, Waikaremoana, was going down the cutting to cross in the pant, when the horses bolted and dashed into ihe river. The trap was smashed and the two horses drowned. Mr Curran was severely, injured. The Tangaroa and scow Faitburn have been barbound fora few oUys. It is expected tboy will loavo tUia afternoon.
