Tho assets woro tho endowI inont, buildings, sohool furnishings, 010. llt would bo moro oonvoniont if tho Trußtoos lived in or noar Wanganui. _Ho oonsidorod tho Trust had boon administorod to tbo boat possible advantage. Tho Hon. John Bryce oontonded that tho grant wbs invalid, aud ho expressed the opinion that the Trust had boon administorod properly. Tho only way out of tho difiioulty was for tho trust to rovprt to tbo publio. Tho estate had been iu (ho hands of tho trustees over half a oontury, but ho propboolos that boforo next half oenlury is very far advanoed it will again revert to the publio.
