The committee of tbo Melbourne Cricket Club passed a resolution requesting tbo Marylebone Cricket Club not to send a team unless invited by all the cricketing: bodies of Australia. The committee suggests that the com* position of the Court of Control be left in abeyance until the conclusion of the cricket season, and that cricket bod : es unite to invite the team to hold a conference in May of next year, to decide on the constitution of the Board of Control.
