By telegraph, Press Ass’n, Copyright London, Jane 7. Owing to an acoident at the starting point, Miss Neill, an aeronaut, at Fontypool, ascended head downwards, hanging by one foot. With a desperate struggle she climbed tbe rope and unfastened the parachute at a height of 6000 ft, and descended safety.
