STRIKE OF MATRON AND DOCTORS,

Per Press Associ&tionj Waibi, last night. At Waibi the other night a hospital nurse was found sleeping on duty, and was suspended by the matron, It transpired at the enquiry that the nurse had been on duty eloven hours every night for three weeks, and the Trustees reinstated her, As a result the matron and two of the nurses, also two doctors, resigned, declaring the action an undue interference with the matron’s authority.
