The Commonwealth Government have appointed Dr Tidswell, Government Bacteriologist in New Bouth Wales, to take control of the Danysz experiments. Dany?z will only be allowed to land virus conditional on bis handing it over to Dr Tidswell’s representative, to be stored in the Board of Health laboratory notii further orders from ihe Minister of Customs. Under the New South Wales Microbe Act the virus oaunot be used until regulations have teon freimd by the Government and laid on the table of both Houses for (a month. '
