They attacked the Amerioan miners, and forty-fi-.o American and a hundred Mexioars were killed. The Governor appealed to Washington, and finally four hundred and fifty armed Americans ocoaFod the.border and were o.nvryed in a train to Can-neo. With the a sistanee 1500 Texan cowb 'JB they rconptured the mines.
