Fifty-seven natives were killed in the fight, and thirteen more in the subsequent pursuit. , One rifleman wbb killed, and three other whites wounded. The friendlies fought exoellenlly, and expelled the enemy from a donga, where they were sheltering. Colonel Leuchars returned to Keant K°p. '
