Pierre Ricky, apostle of the so called Yellow Party of Socialists, defeated a revolutionary Socialist at Brest. The new Deputy party are receiving numerous accessions, and are organising an International Congress. According to French newspapers Die Governments of several countries, including Germany, Russia and Spain, have signified their intention" of participating. Dicky eliminates the destructive and negative elements of Socialism, upholding individualism and the diffusion of wealth by giving work men a share in the industries wherein they arc employed, and interesting them in the employers’ prosperity.
