Le Temps’ B»rlin correspondent has boon officially informed that that the statement of the Paris correspondent of the London Standard relative to Persia granting a port to Germany is baseless. London, May 26. Reuter’s Berlin correspondent states there has been no reoeDt German negotiation with Persia and that there is none in progress.
