GOVERNMENT SPEND £16,000 ON WHARVES.
(Per Press Association.) Nelson. last night,
The Acting •Minister of Railways, now in Nelson, announced in an interview that the Government were spending sixteen thousand pounds on a great wharfage improvement at Nelson, considering the success of the new harbor entrance was assured. He confers with the Parliamentary member and the Harbor Board to day on details.
