JOHN SOHISOHKE FINED £SOO OR YEAR’S IMPRISONMENT.

Auckland,-.last night. At the Supreme Court John' Schisobke, a merchant, pleaded guilty to unlawfully Belling manure to which a false trade mark was applied, and applying false trade description to certain goods His Honor infl eted a fine of £SOO, or in default 12 months’ imprisonment. His Honor oommented very strongly on tho case, and said it was a contemptible fraud to be committed by a person in the high position in-the oommeroial world oeoupied by accused.
