(Per Press Asaociation-l Hastings, last night. An imporlaot decision was delivered by tbo Native Appellate Court ihismorniog A Maori lady, who is now dead, during her illness adopted two minors, Kitbieen Bloke and Ralph Holden Wellwood, as heirs to hor osiate. The next-of kin to deooaeed, Hakupa To Ahanga, sought to sot aside this adoption □□ the grounds that ths ohildren never resided with deoeased. The case has been before two Native Laud Courts, from wbonce it was sent to the Appeal Court, who referrod it to a special silting of throo judges net previously engaged in the cate. After two days’ argument here, a lengthy judgment was delivered this morning in favor of the ohildren. The C3ee involves between fifteen and twenty thousand pounds. Messrs H. D. Beil, A L D. Fraser and D. Soannel appeated for the claimants, and Messrs C. P. Skorrett and J. M. Fraeer for the objector. Judges Edgar, Johnson, and Mair beard the ease,
