VICTOR BRAUND KEEPS PEGGING

Dunedin, last night. Mr Victor M.'Braund, of Wellington, is taking further steps ia the Colonial Bank case, and this afternoon lodged notico that he will move for a roview of the deoision of Me Justioe Cooper, refusing his application for suspension of tbe order for the destruction of the books of the Colonial Bank.
