OPPOSITION TO EDUCATION BILL By telegraph, Presi A*a’n, Copyright Reoeived 113 p.m,, April 17. Loudon, April 17. The annual Independent Labor Conference at Stockton, Saowden, deolared that the party would give unqualified opposition to the Education Bill since Government had surrendered to sec’arian clamor. Ramsay Macdonald was elected president.
