THE HOUMA ELECTIONS. By telegraph', Press Aea’Jh Copyright St. Petersburg, April 11. The Houma elections in European Russia have been decided One-tenth of the members support the Q-overn-ment if they will fulfil the manifesto of October 30. Everything indicates control by the constitutional Democrats. It is expected the bureaucracy will fight desperately, relying on the Upper House, where 98 per cent, are reactionaries.
