PLIMMER’S ESTATE.

(P®r Press Association.) Wellington, last night. The Appeal Court was oooupied to day with the hearing of the case, Plimmer v. Plimmer. In this case the widow of the fate John Plimmer, who was receiving under a separation order the sum of £l5O annually when Plimmer died (leaving £36,000), had brought an action in the Supreme Court for a further allowance, and the Court awarded her au additional £IOOO. Tho executors now asked the Couit to Bet aside the jugdment, on the ground that tbe Bupreme Court wroDgly exercised itß discretion, as tho widow had already been sufficiently providod for. Argument was concluded in the case Plimmer y. Plimmer. Dr, Findlay appeared on behalf of respondent to uphold the judgment of tbe Supreme Court. The Court of Appeal adjourned at 3 p.m. until 10.30 to morrow.
