A shower su'phur fell at San Guieseppe, Vesnrian, and Ottaiano, and a shower of reddish saDd fell for several hours at Nep’es in the evening. The ashes were thickest at Torreaelered and Torreauouzi. Both were isolated. Numbers, including British and German journalists, are unable to leave. A French squadron has been amt to Naples to assist in the resone of sufferers. The fugitives number 12,000.
