HUNGARIAN CRISIS.
A COMPROMISE EFFECTED. By telegraph, Press Ass’n, Copyright Received 11 38 p.m., April 9. Bucharest, April 9. The Hungarian political crisis has ended. M. Fejervary and tho coalition agreed to a compromise. Tho proposal to Magzariso tho army has been dropped for tho present. M. Wekerlo formed a Cabinet and conducts tho election on the single plank of universal sullrage. A fresh election will bo held after the normal conditions aro restored and suffrage reform carried.
Count Andrassy has been appointed Minister of the Interior, and M Kossuth Minister of Commerce.
