Wekerlo formed a Cabinet and conducts tho election on the single plank of universal sullrage. A fresh election will bo held after the normal conditions aro restored and suffrage reform carried.

Count Andrassy has been appointed Minister of the Interior, and M Kossuth Minister of Commerce.
