A complete agreement has been reached at the Algeciras Conference. Committeos have beon appointed to prepare a protocol. M.M. Kovoil and Tattenbach agroo that the Spanish shall police Tetuan Lararche ; a mixed French and Spanish force Casablanca and Tangier ; and French, Mogrodo, Safll, Mazagim, and Rabat fora period of live years. The Bank of France receives five shares of capital in exchange for the cessation of its right of preference, this giving France three [ shares, and the rest of the Powers one each. I
