PRESENTATION
(Per Press Association.) Timaru, last night. At a meeting of representatives of his election committee and supporters, Mr F. J. Rollesloo was this evening presented with a valuable silver salvor inscribed “As I a token of eeteem from frieada and supporters in remembrance of bis m9nly and publio spirited contest for the Timaru electoral district, 1905.” Mr Newman, in making the presentation, said that tho mantle of his late father, as a fearless, upright, and manly politician, had diseended upon bis soo, whose inherent qualities em’nently fitted in the political field.
