■ Wanganui, last nigh: The Customs duties collected at

port of Wanganui for the year endiDg 31st March amount to £74,129, and constitute a reoord, being £6406 more than the previous year, The duties for tbe quarter just ended amounted to £20,111, an increase of £2551 over tha corresponding period of tbe previous year. The duties for Maroh were £7461, against £7030 collected in the same month last year, Auckland, last night.

The Auckland Customs duties for Maroh quarter amounted to £63,481, as against £71,000 last year. The gold export was valued at £112,391, against £56,657 in 1905, and the silver exported was valued at £7946, againßt £7237 in 1905.
