(Per Press Association.! New Plymouth, last night, , Mr Molntyre, commissioner for the exhibition, addressed a meeting here toDight. The meeting decided in favor of securing space to display home industries, and show the progress aod advancement of the district daring the past ten or fifteen years, subject to the oooperation of other pacts of TaraDaki. A central committee was set up to arrange a oonferenoe of local bodies’ representatives. Mr Mclntyre assured the meeting that it was not. in* tended to globs applications for space from distriots he bad not yet visited, and whioh he was at present visiting.
