DEADLY PEA-RIFLE.
ANOTHER LIFE SACRIFICED.
(Per Press Association,) Invercargill, loßt night. A distressing fatality ooourred at Orepuki on Sunday. A man named Bannett loft a loaded pea-rifla on a sofa. A flix-year-old daughter pioked it up, and the charge exploded, entering the abdomen of Awe two year-old brother, who died to-day.
