Tho London County Council has grantod a syndicate a ninety-nine years’ lease of Aldwyclr Crescent site at a rental of £55,000 poraunum, conditional on tho erection of a thoatre exhibition building, concert hall’ restaurant, and one hundred and seventy-six shops, at a cost of half a million.
