During the year all unallotted shares had been ieeued, and unoalled oapital paid. During the current year the directors intended to give consideration to the sick fund, with the view of placing it

od a more defined position, The net profit for the year’s business was £16,064, inoludiDg premiums on the issue of new Bharee. Eliminating the letter, there was a net increase of tradiog profit of £789. The balance to be dealt with was £24.105, of which a half-yearly divid.nd at 7 per cent, will absorb £6900. There will bo transferred to reserve £9175, transferred to depreciation £203, and carried forward £7835.
