The Japanese Government advise that the warships Itsukushima, Matsushir, and Hashidate have started on a visit to Australian ports. LondoD, March 19. London is preparing to welcome 600 Japanese officers and sailors, who are being sent to take delivery of the battleships Kashima and Katori, constructed at Newcastle and Barrow-on-Furness.
