Sir Edward Grey Btated in the House of Commons that it would be premature to lay on the table a draft of the New Hebrides convention before it had been fully considered by the two Governments. Mr Churchill announced that the Commissioners had been informed that the New Hebrides convention would be communicated to tho Governments of Australia and New Zealand, and would not be confirmed until the Imperial Government had had an opportunity of considering the representations of these Governments,
