Protests to be lodged with the Secretary, in writing, within 15 minutes after the disputed event, and aooompanied by a deposit of £2. Such deposit to be forfeited should the protest not be sustained. 5. Nominations for raoes 1,3, 5, and 6, together with the name, age, pedigree, and performances of horse, and colors of riders, to be in the hands of the Secretary, on or before MARCH 3rd.
