Sydney, March 9. Tho Marino Board found that Ihe War-rimoo-Squirrol collison on November 25, was caused by the wrongful act of MeBetb, master of the Warrimco, goiDg at too groat a speed, and taking ihe wrong sido of tho fairway, but that there was do reckless navigation, as ho took immediate steps to avoid a collision. Under the oiroumstances the Board did not call upon him to show cause why hia certificate should not bo suspended, but ordered him to pay tho ooets cf tbo owners of tho Squirrel and reasonable costs of witnesses.
