Prinoo Radowelz announced at tho Algeciras Conferonoo that Germany did not objeot to Franoo and Spain polioing Moroooan ports if there are guarantees of ensured coonomio and politioal liberty to all. Austria suggested that Switzerland or Holland nominate an Inspeotor-Goneral of Police who should report to diplomatists at Tangier. It also suggested that Spain Bbould police the southern and Franoe the northern ports. Both suggestions were not acceptable to Franco and Spain,
