Masterton, last night. At the Wairarapa Efla Championship meetiog at Papawai Lieutenant Itvine (Nelson) won the Greytown match, Rifleman J. McChatfie (Opaki) won the Petoue match, Captain Craw won the Martinborough match, Captain Ballinger (Petooe) won the Lsatherston match, Rifleman W. Feast (Opaki) won the Mast9rton match, and A. France (Wellington) won the Carterton match, The teams’ match was won by Opaki. The shoot off in the championship between Captain Masefield, of Nelson, and Rifleman Henry, of Opaki, resulted in a win for tbe former. Hawthorne and Ballinger (Wellington) and King (Opaki) tied for third place in ;he championship.
