It has drafted au administrative organisation which ezeoutos tho mixed tribunal's decisions. Renter has been informed that all the questions in dispute have bson settled.. i The agreement on the Now Hebrides question is subject to the approval of tho British and French Governments. Bsoeived 4.47 p.m., Maroh 4. I LondoD, Maroh 3. The New Hebrides agreement oomprises fifty articles. Britain and France retain power oyer their own people. The administrative rights of both are unchanged ; none are j surrendered. There is no division of the island, and neither assumes aDy indepen dent control. . The most important provision is theoreation of courts with British and French ( judges, eaoh administering their own legis- j lation in tbs case of their own subjects. A speoial tribunal presided over by a third t judge appointed by a friendly Power deals £ with land olaims. This definition of judicial right ends the deadlook in oonneotion with the punishment of offenders.
