THE EXHIBITION.
(Per Press Association.) Blcnhoim, last night. At a meeting of tho Mar'borough Esceutivo of tho International Exhibition keen disappointment was oxpvcesod at the
fp.ct that pnpnations for Iccil represent a'ion wore eeiious'y bumpered by inability to obtain tho neccssa-y information from headquarters. It was stated that the secretary had written several times but failed to obtain particulars as to space, etc., that wero required to citable the committee to git) work and toil intending exhibitors of ceroals and wool what they wanted to know. Consequently Marlborough’s chance of making an imposing represontatii n has boon much handicapped. Though there wore several enquiries from intending exhibitors, not one definite entry ha I yet bton received, and the time within which applications woull bo tiken was all too short. The secretary was instructed to write to the Exhibition authorities expressing regret at he delay in forwarding schedules and conisioai.
