HAS IMPUDENCE TO APPEAL. By telegraph, Press Ass’n, Copyright Received 10.20 p m., Fob. 23. Sydney, Feb. 22. Mil'ard, a member of the Assembly, appealed to the Full Court against tbe recent sentence, principally on the grouud that the ovidonoo at the trial disolosed no felonious intent to oonvert money to his own use. The appeal was dismissed. Tbo Court also directed Millard to be struck off the roll of solicitors.

The defenoo was in the direction of showing that Millard was drinking when be misappropriated tho money.
